Early Childhood Educator

Goodstart Early Learning is a not-for-profit social enterprise that prioritizes the growth and development of Australia's children.
We offer a competitive salary, with benefits including at least 5% above award rate, 50% discount on childcare gap fees, and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
You will work as part of our team to create exceptional learning programs for our children, ensuring their safety and inclusivity in every experience.

We're a purpose-built centre in a thriving shopping precinct, caring for children aged six weeks to five years. Our edible garden and natural playgrounds provide a unique learning environment.
