Your New Role

In this rewarding role as Physiotherapist - Homecare Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. You will develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.

  • You will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • You will collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
  • You will communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
