Your New RoleIn this rewarding role as Physiotherapist - Homecare Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. You will develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
- You will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
- You will collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
- You will communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
We offer a generous remuneration package with additional incentives, including a salary of around $80,000 per year, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice options. You will also enjoy a comprehensive, structured clinical mentoring and continuing education program tailored to your level of experience.

- A Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
