**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:
- Full time role 76 hrs per fortnight
- Based at the Mercy Health East Homecare office in Hughesdale
- The role in an integral role in the functioning of the Mercy Health Homecare service through the provision of coordination and admin support to the Care Advisory teams
- Assist in coordinating services to Mercy Health clients living in a home care setting.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers
**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in community care
- Extensive knowledge of the various funded programs
- Advanced experience in client management systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous rostering experience
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to coordinate and work within a client budget
