About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and compassionate care professionals to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support and assistance tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in an exciting, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
- Support customers to grow, develop new skills, access hobbies and interests, participate in the community, and promote inclusion.
- Assist clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Provide person-centred active support to encourage independence and help customers meet their goals and choices.
- Encourage independence and empower customers to achieve their personal objectives.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
- E nsure a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and yourself.
