We are pleased to be recruiting a Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within our Global Talent team. This role will take leadership across DE&I within our global programs, where you will be driving behavioural changes through your influential skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Drive the development and delivery of a global DEI strategy that assists in the delivery of the People Strategy- Lead the Global DEI community of practice- Partner with each region to ensure DEI action plans are in place and endorsed by the local RLT in each region. Each plan must be responsive to regional needs while aligned to the Lendlease DEI objectives and strategy- Own the delivery and outcomes of our global flagship programs for gender equity (ignite) and racial equity (Mosaic)- Drive the capability build of Inclusive Leadership throughout the organisation in partnership with Learning and the regions- Leverage a suite of reporting to track and trend regional and organizational performance against agreed metrics- Continually build expertise in emerging and leading practice in DEI and use that to inform the Lendlease DEI strategy- Support the regions with credible practice to ensure they achieve regional DEI objectives.- Actively manage agreed external stakeholders to assist in positioning Lendlease as a leader of diversity, equity and inclusion in our industry

ABOUT YOU:- Experience in People & Culture programs and implementation of HR programs, policies and practices within a global organisation- Knowledge of HR and DEI best practices- Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to ensure the alignment with broader People & Culture policies, procedures, programs and strategy- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with key customers, vendors and participants- Experience living and working in multiple countries would be an advantage
