About this role:

  • Join our supportive team at Raelene Boyle Retirement Village in Aberfeldie, working Sunday to Thursday 0700-1500 in our Special Care/Memory Support Unit.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
  • Implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app myRyman.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Follow established care protocols to ensure high-quality support.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive team environment.
  3. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with dementia residents.
