Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional leader to run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover. As Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets. This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team.

About the Role
  • This role operates Tuesday to Saturday with varying hours.
  • You'll create a positive workplace where everyone can grow while delivering results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large team of department managers and back-of-house staff.
  • Drive sales targets and manage budgets.
  • Use data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain high service standards across multiple departments.

  • Customer service experience with ability to drive consistent service standards.
  • Business development experience with proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets.
