Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to fill the role of Senior Retail Operations Manager.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, managing day-to-day operations, creating schedules, processing orders, conducting inventory counts, and more.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams, controlling costs, accurate rostering, excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with team members and management, strong merchandising skills, and performance management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Lead a small team of retail staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
