About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a senior retail professional to drive shop sales and fuel volume, provide strong leadership and coaching to team members, identify key market trends and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • This role is focused on driving business growth through effective retail strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse key trends in performance data and implement action plans to improve results as needed.
  2. Monitor the execution of retail initiatives and promotional programs to ensure consistency across sites.
  3. Develop and lead a high-performing retail team through coaching, mentoring and setting clear goals.
  4. Create workforce resourcing plans for your territory, including succession planning to ensure continuity.
  5. Drive compliance and ensure safe and efficient operations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with competitor activity, local community initiatives and customer demographics to inform retail responses.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence regional teams, support functions and the retail operations team.

About You

  • A passionate leader who can drive business results through coaching and mentoring retail employees.
  • You will have previous experience in multi-site retail operations, with a deep understanding of performance drivers from store and market perspectives.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Commercial acumen and exceptional people leadership capability.
  • Multisite experience in Convenience, Grocery or Big Box environments is highly regarded.
  • Ability to promote a strong customer experience culture.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain excellent retail standards.
  • Ability to assess and monitor performance, coach and mentor for continuous growth.
  • Full unrestricted driver's license.
