As the Infrastructure Planning Project Manager, you will lead early-stage planning and design activities for water, sewerage and recycled water infrastructure that realise lasting benefits to our region. Your work will meet our commitment to Water Smart Growth for the decades ahead in the face of significant population growth and a changing climate.

You'll work proactively and collaboratively with stakeholders, building strong relationships and contributing to innovative design and planning activities. The role will form a key part of the next pricing submission, developing advanced concept designs and strategies for vital infrastructure projects.

A project manager, you enjoy problem solving and the design process as you'll help develop pillars for a our medium to long term strategy.

About you

You are an organised and forward-thinking project manager with have a demonstrated understanding the project lifecycle, someone who can help bring the extraordinary to life.

Your ability to manage consultants, review complex documentation, and maintain project momentum is matched by your strong communication and relationship-building skills, and can translate complex concepts to your stakeholders to drive optimal solutions.

Your qualifications in engineering, science or similar with be tested in this role and underpinned by your practical experience in urban planning / water or infrastructure. Problem solving will be a strength as you seek to bring innovative solutions and surrounded by a team that will support your development.
