Large Project Manager

Stantec's Civil Engineering team is seeking an experienced professional to lead projects in the Geelong region. A strong network and relationships within the area will be key to driving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Support projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
- Proactive marketing and cross-selling of company services to obtain new clients/commissions and develop industry relationships.
- Leading project delivery by providing management skills to ensure end products meet client and stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in land development and civil project management, proven experience leading teams of engineers and technicians, and solid financial and commercial acumen.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project management, Construction management, or relevant technical qualification.
- 7 years of experience in civil project management, preferably in land development and civil projects.
- Previous success in delivering large projects, undertaking day-to-day project coordination, development, and execution of project plans and programming.
- Ability to deliver and manage stakeholders in a complex environment, be accountable for client satisfaction by supporting the project team.
