About the Role

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, tech, or project management; 5+ years in transformation project delivery.
  • Strong experience in agile and traditional project management; certifications preferred.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Skilled in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR).
  • Proficient in digital tools and collaboration platforms.
