Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled project management specialist to oversee supply chain projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate with business process owners to develop and prioritize a roadmap of projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, IT, and other departments, to ensure project success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute operational procedures and strategies.
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Implement corrective measures as necessary to ensure project success.

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Lead and manage teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, project management, and end-to-end planning transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
