Responsibilities
Lead and deliver supply chain projects from initiation through to execution
Develop, implement, and optimise supply chain processes aligned with GMP standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Logistics
Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and risks to ensure continuity of supply
Build scalable processes to support growth and expansion
Drive vendor and supplier management to ensure compliance and performance
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring objectives are met
Generate reports, provide insights, and present project updates to stakeholders
Ensure all supply chain operations adhere to regulatory and quality standards
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and embed best practices
What We're Looking For
5 years supply chain experience
GMP knowledge
Pharma industry background
Proven experience building processes in a start-up or growth environment
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results
Available to commence immediately
