Project Administrator Role

The organization is seeking a skilled administrator to support the execution of scopes of work across multiple programs as part of the Combat Systems Integration - Integrated Project Team (CSI-IPT) Collaboration Agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer resource requirement data and update the master database
  • Act as point-of-contact for administration enquiries
  • Perform various clerical duties including document management and maintenance of confidential records
  • Support the management of action registers and assist with reporting cycles
  • Arrange events and meetings, and perform word processing tasks
  • Order and maintain stationery and general office supplies
  • Coordinate visitor security passes and meeting room bookings

This role involves flexible work arrangements and requires strong planning, analysis, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administration environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience in a project environment
  • Strong planning, analysis, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of project life cycle, project documentation, and project methodologies
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with earned value management principles

Additional Information:
