Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Internal Sales Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting existing customers to rebook regular or annual services while striving to meet individual and branch Key Performance Indicators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in call centres, retail sales, sales consultants/representatives, or customer service. They must be self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and continual improvement of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact existing customers to rebook regular or annual services.
  • Identify needs of clients and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Timely and regular follow-ups with customers and potential customers.
  • Provide courteous customer service and ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and requests.
  • Prompt escalation of any issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in either call centres, retail sales, sales consultants/representatives, or customer service.
  • Self-motivated and organized individual who strives to excel targets.
  • Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service and continual improvement of service delivery.
  • Demonstrated client liaison skills, with clear and positive phone manner.
  • Experience in outbound phone selling.
  • Sound oral, written communication skills.
  • Ability to use computers, Microsoft package, and quickly learn new systems.
  • Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and Key Performance Indicators.
