Train Assembly Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Train Assembly Manager to oversee the management, control, and coordination of all activities related to Manufacturing for our site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and business management plans, monitoring compliance, and reporting regularly on progress to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include staying up-to-date with industry developments, complying with regulations, ensuring accurate records are maintained, and promoting the company by appropriate means.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Developing and implementing manufacturing plans
  • Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in similar or related roles, possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position, and have experience with office management software.

Requirements include Monday to Friday shifts, exceptional quality of life in Dubbo, high standards, and working experience on a multinational leading company.

Successful applicants will be required to obtain an RIW Card, which includes completing relevant training and undertaking a medical assessment prior to commencement.
