Responsibilities:

  2. Process payroll for the project, ensuring timely payment to employees.
  3. Lead the procurement process, raising Purchase Orders and managing subsequent administration of payments and processing.
  4. Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
  5. Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  6. Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and project-specific regulations.
  7. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required by the operations team.
  8. Assist with logistics management, including coordinating meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements for the team.
  9. Support the management and upkeep of the project's on-site facilities.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
