  5. Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  6. Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and project-specific regulations.

  8. Assist with logistics management, including coordinating meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements for the team.
  9. Support the management and upkeep of the project's on-site facilities.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve administrative issues.
