Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
The RoleThis role involves managing and supervising cleaning staff, including training and leading them to achieve excellent results. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and ordered.
- Inducting and training cleaning staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment
- Ensuring that all areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard
- Opening and locking the school, setting the security alarm system
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in supervising staff and managing operations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Able to motivate and lead a team to achieve excellent results
- Highly organized and reliable, with excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
You must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights
