Renewable Energy Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project scheduler to join our national team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in planning, scheduling, and project controls, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed schedules for electrical utilities and renewable energy projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project inputs and ensure accurate scheduling of milestones and deliverables.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing scheduling risks or deviations from the baseline.
  • Provide insightful schedule analysis to key stakeholders and contribute to project reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a scheduling or project controls role on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of working on high-value or technically complex projects in construction, renewables, or similar industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
