Main Responsibilities

  • Offer assistance with daily living tasks, social activities, medication management, and other essential support services as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Certification in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing.
  • Experience working in the disability, aged care, or nursing sector.
