We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker in the Macarthur, Campbelltown, and Narellan area. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients while promoting independence, choice, and dignity.

The successful candidate will possess a Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification, experience in delivering personal care services and/or managing challenging behaviours, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and autonomy through person-centred care and support.">
  • Develop and implement tailored plans to enhance clients' life skills, social interaction, and companionship.">
  • Maintain confidentiality, respect, and dignity in all interactions with clients.">
  • Ensure high-quality services that meet clients' assessed needs and promote positive outcomes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification.">
  • Experience in delivering personal care services and/or managing challenging behaviours.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.">
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.">
  • NDIS worker's check and National Police Check (optional).">
  • Current Working with Children's Check (desirable).">
  • First Aid and CPR certification.">
  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate.">
