The University is seeking registered medical practitioners and professionals to teach in the Medical program and the Paramedicine program.
As a teaching academic, you will be responsible for conducting lectures, workshops, and tutorials to students in the Preclinical or Clinical Years of the Medical program and the Paramedicine program. You will also consult with students on learning and assessment activities, and participate in assessment tasks such as marking and providing feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality teaching sessions to students.
- Provide guidance and support to students through consultation and individualised feedback.
- Participate in assessment activities, including marking and moderation of student work.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A registrable medical degree from an Australian university.
- Registration with the Paramedicine Board of Australia (for Paramedicine Program).
- College Fellowship, trainee position in a Fellowship Program, or PhD in a relevant area.
- Experience in collaborative-based learning environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
