Account Manager Job

This full-time, entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone eager to develop client-facing skills, learn about large-scale events, and grow within a global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients via phone and video calls
  • Manage exhibitor accounts and build lasting client relationships
  • Coordinate contracts, forms, and deadlines
  • Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Support on-site at major business events (some travel may be required)

About You:

  • A recent university graduate (any discipline)
  • Confident communicator across phone, email, and video
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with admin tasks and time-sensitive deadlines
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • A genuine team player who thrives in a busy setting

Bonus: Experience in admin, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not essential.

Training & Progression:

You'll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support as you build your confidence and skills. This role is a launchpad for progression into senior account management, sales, operations, or international roles within our global events network.
