The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end development initiatives for our ERP platform and roadmap to modernise the ERP. You will be the central connector—aligning technical capabilities with business goals, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage a small technical team to deliver business value through project and continuous improvement initiatives
- Planning and Prioritisation: Facilitate planning meetings to prioritise and select work items for delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, priorities, and dependencies
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor development progress and proactively resolve blockers
- Communication: Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requirements and outputs
- Leadership and Support: Lead and support development teams through iterative processes
What we're looking for
- Experience: 4+ years experience in a similar role
- Delivery Management: Experience managing strategic internal & external relationships
- Technical Leadership: Experience leading a small technical team
