**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Operations Manager to lead our state-of-the-art facility at Eagle Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, managing logistics, and overseeing the entire distribution process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Oversee logistics and inventory management processes to minimize losses and optimize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, using data to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless supply chain and respond to operational disruptions.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience managing large-scale distribution centres, ideally 5+ years.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and business planning systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in systems like Excel, Word, and warehouse management tools.
