About the Role
- Lead the design and development of distribution and fulfilment centre designs to meet customer, safety, and operational objectives.
- Partner with finance business partners to develop DC capital and operating cost models and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose design solutions.
- Focus on safety in design during concept development.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in facility/supply chain design, including materials handling and automation.
- Strong analytical modelling skills, including labour, operating cost, and material flow.
- Executive relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Safety in Design (SID) experience.
