Job Title

As a seasoned Clinical Manager, you will oversee and support the delivery of high-quality service to our clients, ensuring excellent client care, leading a team of multifaceted practitioners, including counsellors, social workers, domestic violence specialists, and behaviour change specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively contribute to the organisation's leadership by being a solution-focused leader.
  • Ensure the integrity of data and information available to clients.
  • Participate in developing a supportive and safe working environment.
  • Lead and oversee the recruitment and establishment of new staff.
  • Provide strength-based, person-centred supervision and leadership to the clinical team.
  • Oversee the implementation of the organisation s monitoring, evaluation & accountability governance.
About You:

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A Bachelor s degree in social work, counselling, psychology or a related field.
  • Recent clinical history in domestic violence practice with solid understanding of the requirements with DV crisis response.
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or operations management.
  • Superior and effective energetic leadership, communication, collaboration, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of budgeting, and quality improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Proven capacity to represent the organisation in public forums.
  • Ability to interpret and understand multiple levels of legislative documents.
  • Ability to manage stressful work environments.
  • Experience in working with personal and sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Current driver s licence.
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card.
