  • Hire, train, supervise and conduct evaluations for sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends and emerging sectors to capitalise on sales growth potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify competitive threats, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead an annual Sales conference in January for the FACTS Sales team.
  • Manage a budget, including team members' travel and expenses.
  • Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally as required.

About You

  • Proven experience managing a Sales Team
  • Experience in the education sector
  • Experience with web-based cloud platforms and API integrations
  • Knowledge of FACTS School Management highly desirable
