About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our IT Team at Haymes Paint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing management, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems to ensure operational availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and monitor IT infrastructure to maintain optimal availability, reliability, capacity, performance, and uptime.
  • Provide infrastructure performance statistics and reports, develop strategies for maintaining infrastructure.
  • Participate in projects as required.
  • Ensure company backup and disaster recovery plans are in place within company RTO, RPO.
  • Regular testing and validation.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of cyber security incidents and program of works and facilitate engagement with management in embedding security in decision making across the business.
  • Provide IT technical support for applications, infrastructure, cloud, network, and mobility.
  • Successful resolution of IT Requests, and BAU Change Requests.
  • Provide technical direction and assistance to staff in the resolution of technical issues.
  • Identify Service Improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT group to continually maintain and evolve technical documentation.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator who possesses a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in systems administration and support, with solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud (Microsoft Azure and 365), network, server hardware and software, storage systems, backup, and virtualisation technologies.

You should have a sound ability to identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues in the shortest time frame. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously is essential.
