We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our Behaviour Support team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Job Overview:

The Team Leader will oversee the clinical work of our Behaviour Therapists, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of Behaviour Therapists, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Develop and implement individualised behaviour intervention plans, assessments, and data-driven decision-making tailored to clients' goals and needs.
  • Maintain accurate progress documentation in line with NDIS requirements and quality standards.
  • Cultivate professional development opportunities and ongoing mentorship for team members.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes, including incident and nonconformity management aligned with NDIA and NDIS guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in behaviour therapy, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on performance and growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NDIS practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedication to delivering compassionate and individualised care to clients.
