Key Role Summary:


Job Title: Behaviour Support Team Lead

As a key member of our behaviour support team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality person-centred services that empower individuals with complex needs. You will lead a team of experienced practitioners to ensure consistent service delivery and contribute to the development of effective behaviour support plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate a team of behaviour support practitioners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client-specific behaviour support plans that promote positive behaviours and enhance quality of life.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

About You:


Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy or a related allied health discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in providing positive behaviour support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
