About the Role

We are looking for friendly and professional Door Attendant/ Porter to join our Concierge Team on a Full-Time basis. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service providing memorable guest experiences while reporting to the Chief Concierge.

The ideal candidate will have the following.

• Friendly, outgoing and welcoming personality
• Current manual driver's licence (Essential)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Great written and spoken English is essential to be able to communicate with guests
• Immaculate personal presentation, suited to a 5-star hotel environment
• Flexibility with working hours including weekends, nights, mornings and afternoons
