Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Child Development Educator to join our team at TheirCare.

About Your New Role

As a key member of our educational team, you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging programs that support children's growth and development. You will work closely with our experienced educators to develop and implement child-focused programs using industry-leading tools.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional experiences for children, families, and staff;
  • Supporting the service manager in planning, preparation, and service delivery;
  • Building positive relationships with the school community as the face of TheirCare;
  • Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry (ideal but not essential);
  • Working towards or willingness to enroll in an approved Diploma Level qualification; or a completed Diploma level qualification.
