Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing Specialist to support the mental and physical wellbeing of veterans and their families.

  • Working closely with veterans and their families in challenging situations, providing emotional support, guidance, and other assistance as required.
  • Developing personalized case management plans that promote positive outcomes for veteran wellbeing.
  • Preparing necessary documentation to secure support from relevant authorities and service providers.
  • Conducting home and hospital visits to ensure veterans receive essential support and services.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Humanities, Social Welfare, or Health Sciences.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a related role, with expertise in Strength-based Case Management.
  • Aptitude for and interest in pursuing professional development opportunities in welfare.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client workloads across sensitive environments and situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport rapidly.
