Marketplace Product Manager

We're seeking a seasoned product professional to drive growth, engagement, and user value for our marketplace products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Product Vision: Create a compelling product vision based on data analysis, customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Prioritise Features: Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Define KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimisation.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of healthcare and make a lasting impact on our users and the industry.

Requirements
  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in product/growth/digital marketing management for a tech product or related online software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with solid experience in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/SQL.
  • UX and CRO: Experience with UX and CRO, track record of successfully managing product development from conception to launch, and building product through experimentation.
  • Product Tools: Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
