About the Role

The Finance Administrator - Receivables is a key position within the finance team at Reflections Holidays, responsible for the recognition, analysis, and reporting of revenue streams. This role involves ensuring all revenue data is accurately recorded in our finance system, managing ongoing reconciliations of revenue, payments, and bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Management - Partner with internal departments to improve processes and efficiencies in day-to-day processing.
  2. Debtor Management - Oversee the management of tourist and long-term debtor ageing profiles, working with Park teams to ensure debtor balances are within terms.
  3. Business Insights and Support - Provide financial support and training to the business, as well as backup to other finance roles as required.

About You

The successful candidate will possess high-level organisational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail. They will also have a confident numerical ability and a willingness to learn and develop Excel knowledge and skills.
