At BSI, we are committed to excellence and delivering exceptional results. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Operations Coordinator to support our Accounting / Finance team.

The role will be comprised of:

  • Coordinating the client billing process with our client service team, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Preparing draft billing in a timely manner, with accurate reflection of client billing requirements and rates.
  • Sending finalized bills to clients and filing associated correspondence, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining current documentation of client requirements and billing practices, ensuring easy access and reference.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assisting with client inquiries (internal & external) when required, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Performing other duties as required by management, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about finance and accounting. In addition to the above, you will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information.
  • Effective time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including V lookups and Pivot tables.
  • ERP systems experience, preferably SAP, although not essential.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
