Customer Success Role

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organised and self-driven Customer Success representative to cultivate relationships with customers, maintain excellence in every interaction, and drive results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Devising, implementing, and project managing onboarding and rollout programs for customers.
  • Training and advising customers on product best practices.
  • Minimising churn and providing insights on customer-to-business interactions using available data.
  • Improving customer experience through product support and feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong ability to present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge. They should also be able to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific or analytical discipline.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Self-driven and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines.

Liaise with internal teams to create practical, measurable plans that embed our products into the core of our customers' day-to-day activities.
