The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop tailored optimization plans, and advise customers on maximizing their utilization of our solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Field Sales Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and Renewal Quote Representatives to drive adoption and utilization of our portfolio.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to increase product adoption, deliver value, and improve retention rates.
  • Present regular progress check-ins to drive customer conversations surrounding adoption, support cases, and license expiration.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales and customer adoption, retention, and renewals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of connecting customers' business objectives with necessary technologies to achieve them.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
