Business Services Director - Sydney CBD - $200k base + bonus | Partnership Pathway

The Role

You'll be taking over a substantial client portfolio and providing oversight across compliance, advisory, and client relationship management. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:

  • Oversee workflow management and review
  • Mentor and develop senior staff (strong senior managers plus wider team)
  • Manage and grow client relationships across diverse industries
  • Contribute to strategic leadership alongside the partners
