Your Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, providing evidenced-based nursing care to patients. You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and support individuals/patients in managing their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and well-being
  • Liaise with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff to deliver patient care
  • Deliver education and support to patients and families

Requirements

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Commitment to quality patient care
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
