About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to clients in their daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and social participation. You will work closely with our experienced field support leaders to deliver personalized care plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, you'll enjoy a range of benefits including flexible shifts, paid travel between client appointments, and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • Experience working in disability or aged care support
  • Possession of relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support
  • Current First aid/CPR certification
  • Manual handling experience
