As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide one-on-one and group wellness services to residents in aged care facilities, supporting professional staff with consumer therapy and facilitating telehealth services with qualified Allied Health professionals.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality services and making a difference in the lives of our residents. Your duties will include conducting one-on-one and group wellness services, assisting with consumer therapy, and acting as a conduit for providing services to consumers via qualified allied health professionals via tele-health.
