Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

The SureSmile Studio is a clinic dedicated to teeth straightening through clinically led treatment by experienced dentists. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will support our clinicians with implementing digital into the patient journey through the use of digital scanning and a digital workflow.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing specialist treatment plans and ensuring patients receive excellent patient care throughout their treatment, in line with our company values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing specialist treatment plans to ensure patients receive excellent patient care
  • Delivering all elements of the patient journey consistently and to a high standard within the practice
  • Creating a supportive atmosphere for patients that reassures them and sets them at ease from the outset
  • Maximising the use of internal systems to ensure accurate patient records are maintained throughout their specialist treatment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • GDC registered
  • Relevant experience gained in a general practice environment
  • Willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
