Job Role

As a Data Analyst in Human Resources, you'll transform data into valuable insights, helping drive P&C strategies, policies, and processes forward. You'll work collaboratively with teams to gather requirements, build reports, and enhance analytics using HR systems like Oracle HCM.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and refine reports and dashboards to identify trends and extract actionable insights from multiple data sources.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and present findings in an engaging, accessible manner.
  • Support internal and external reporting, including executive-level/Board reports, WGEA, and the Annual Report.
  • Enhance P&C analytics by staying ahead of business needs and industry trends.
  • Train and assist users in leveraging people data and systems effectively.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and quality of people data.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and extract valuable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling large datasets and HR data.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and Oracle Fusion Reporting/SQL.
