Job Opportunity: Process / Production Worker

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Process / Production Worker to join our client's team in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with regular Saturday overtime available. The successful candidate will work on day shift and will be responsible for completing blending, batching, ingredient weighing, and general process and production tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blending and batching of raw materials
  • Weighing and measuring raw materials
  • Working on process, production, and canning lines
  • Verification of raw materials to ensure correct quantities have been received
  • Follow batch records and SOPs to meet production targets
  • Conduct quality control checks for in-process and finished goods
  • Monitor encapsulation equipment/machinery and report abnormalities
Requirements
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or food manufacturing industries
  • Previous experience in a process or production environment
  • Blending and batching of raw ingredients experience
  • Must adhere to strict WHS policy and procedures on site
  • Must be reliable and responsible at all times
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow strict orders and work systematically
