Production Manager

Job Summary
Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join their team in Western Sydney. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain production continuity.
- Implement quality control programs to ensure products meet customer standards.
- Train and develop production staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Enforce safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Adherence to QA/QC and OHS standards.
