About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Seafood Processor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for processing and preparing various types of fish species for distribution.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in seafood processing, with experience in scaling, cleaning, and packing/labelling. You will also possess excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a variety of fish species efficiently and accurately
  • Scale, clean, and pack/labelling fish products according to quality standards
  • Operate manual pallet jacks or use a forklift as required
Requirements:
  • Ability to process different fish species
  • Experience in scaling, cleaning, and packing/labelling
  • Knowledge of fish/seafood products
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Exceptional attention to detail
