The Seafood Merchandising & Training Representative is responsible for developing seafood capability within grocery store deli teams by providing training, coaching, and in-store support.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver hands-on training to store managers, deli managers, and deli teams on seafood species, merchandise standards, product handling, food safety, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and support adherence to merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities, ensuring consistent execution across all sites.
- Analyse sales data to identify performance opportunities and implement targeted initiatives to drive commercial outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with store managers and deli teams to influence positive results and encourage collaboration.
- Utilise CRM and reporting tools to document store visits, track training outcomes, and highlight sales opportunities.
- Travel to various sites across Brisbane and regional QLD, with flexibility to operate across multiple locations throughout the week.
